But Tom was able to diagnose the issue SAME day and it was on point. Please note most of other people I contacted suggested to change the battery . The issue wasn’t the battery. I received the parts needed and Tommy was able to get it repaired so fast and contacted me to pick up the bike next day. My bike now is good as new!
